Kauai Zipline Tour

Fly like a bird over a tropical rainforest. At Kauai Backcountry Adventure, you can “get high” on their exciting zipline tour. Experience 7 fun zipline runs, which descend a mountain side. Glide over lush forests and deep valleys. With exclusive access to over 17,000 acres of former sugarcane plantation lands, Kauai Backcountry offers you a unique experience.

Your adventure begins with a scenic and informative ride in a four wheel drive adventure vehicle. Your tour guide will share interesting facts about Kauai’s history, culture, plant and animal life. After you arrive at the first zipline, you’ll receive a safety briefing preparing you for the tour.

Then zoom down the mountainside on a series of 7 ziplines, as you make your way down to the valley below. Your Kauai zipline adventure ends with snacks in a bamboo grove and a refreshing swim in a natural swimming pool.

  • Restrictions:

    Participants must be at least 12 years old and weigh between 100-250 pounds (45-113 kg). All guests will weigh-in at check-in. Those outside the 100-250 pounds (45-113 kg) range will not be able to participate and will be responsible for full fare.
    Children 12 to 15 years of age must be accompanied by an adult. All minors must have a parent/guardian sign a waiver.
    This tour is not recommended for those uncomfortable with heights or those who have back, hip or knee problems. Women who are in the first trimester of a pregnancy may participate with doctor's approval.
