Bring a windbreaker or raincoat, swimwear, hat, sunscreen, aqua socks or sport sandals, mosquito repellant and a camera. You'll be outfitted with mountain climbing harnesses and helmets. All of the above mentioned items can also be bought at the Outfitters Kauai shop in Poipu. In order to participate in the zipline portion of the tour, you must way between 80 and 275 lbs.
